Wordpress Tip from InvestorBlogger

The message to “upgrade my version of Wordpress” flashes before my eyes every time I log in. I have been a little gunshy about making any major changes, believing that I nearly “broke” my blog once. I am not sure why I thought it was possible, as I consider myself somewhat marginally tech savvy. I always back that claim of my skill with the story of me building an Oracle database once for a temp job. Since that was in 1999, that was like Aunt Mabel waxing nostalgic over the “Good Ol Days.” Technology just changes so fast.

InvestorBlogger Dot Com had a very simple suggestion on how to go about updating Wordpress, that even a second guesser such as myself could not convolute, no matter how strong the instinct to do so was. Even though you have probably made the security updates by now (unless you felt you needed to clear your calendar for it like I did), the concept he shares can be applied to handling future updates as well. It is definitely something to bookmark for future reference. Check it out!
