One Last Thing Before Bed

I have mentioned here and there that I am most definitely not a morning person. In fact, sometimes I feel like I am in a fog for half the day. Often, it is because I burn the candle on both ends. Even when I go to bed early, I still can’t seem to get rolling very easily in the morning sometimes.

The remedy that I found that helped me a lot was taking Sublingual B-12, as I just don’t like getting shots if I can avoid it. I thought I wouldtry Sublingual B-12 from Trivita today. It is a new brand for me. I changed recently based on price and the list of other ingredients. What I have just been reading is that B 12 actually helps you sleep as well. Instead of taking them when I am starting to drag in the middle of the day, I have tried something different. I have been taking them right before bed or not long before bed.

I have tried other things to help me sleep, like chamonile tea. While that sort of calms you, it doesn’t necessarily help you feel rested in the morning.

The new pattern has been implemented for almost the past week now, and it actually does work like it says. It has helped me get a better night’s sleep. Perhaps it is because my body is repairing itself overnight in my sleep (it has a lot of work to do!) You should give it a try!
