Got Pets? You Have to Try TriScents
Once, I worked in a horse stable as a groom for some pretty well heeled horses. They had more “clothing” (blankets, wraps, etc) than a Barbie doll, and I needed to give them a costume change after everything I did. They had seperate attire for hanging around, going out in the pasture, and everything else they did. Everything was kept so clean that you could not smell that there was even one horse there, when there were actually about thirty. I understand that when you have a horse you paid half a million to two million dollars for, that you probably have lots of money to spend on cleaning supplies. On the other hand, as a horse lover, I wanted to smell horses and hay just a little bit.
My dogs are much tinier than my equine charges, but it seems sometimes that the battle to keep the house smelling clean is even harder. I don’t have to tell you if you are a dog owner, that sometimes accidents happen, and sometimes scent hounds decide they are going to roll in the smelliest thing they can find and then come in the house and kiss you.
I recently got a sample of Renuzit TriScents. I was skeptical at first, as we have gone through every imaginable air freshner on the market. Some declared that they not only masked odors but “cleaned the air.” What I ended up with was one part of the room smelling like fruity bubblegum. It was somewhat pleasant from a distance, but when you got close, it knocked you out. More likely, I stopped smelling it, but whoever walked in the house fresh off the street was knocked out.
Triscents works in a different way, and addresses the “fresh nose” principle as I stated. There are three different scents that are in the little device that rotate every 45 minutes so that you will notice it. Quite frankly, I really do not know what an “Ocean Breeze” is supposed to smell like, so I couldn’t tell you if it actually smelled like one or not. What I will say, is that I was pleasantly surprised. I did not walk into the room noticing the scent, but it neutralized the scent of the room and it made me not notice the things that I did not want to smell, like the bouquet of wet leaves from my dog’s latest adventure.

You should try some of the Method air fresheners… environmentally-friendly and not tested on animals.
I am obsessed with Method now!

You can buy most of their stuff at Target… and sometimes I get lucky and find it half the price at Big Lots.

Why is it that your dog always heads for the smelliest thing outside to roll in? I have that problem most when she has just had a bath. It is always embarrassing when your guest first steps in and knows exactly where your dog has been. I will be for sure to try these products.
