Our friend at Paws Awhile needs our advice right away.   She does so much to educate people about “InDogs,” the various native breeds of India, and promotes how important it is for the local population to treat them kindly.  She has rescued many beautiful dogs off the streets.

Now, our help is requested.  A neighbor has accused her dogs of killing their cat.  It is completely not true.  The cat had died, perhaps from being hit by a car.   Because the dogs passed by the house after the face, the neighbor is pinning it on the dogs and threatens to harm them.

Can you offer any good advice?

Remember, the usual organizations that you would think of, like the SPCA or Humane Society don’t have jurisdiction there.
