The Saving Shelter Pets, Inc., auction for the animals has drawn to a close. Last night was the final gavel! The auction was a success. 77% of the items received bids. The final tally is undertermined, as some items may/may not have met their reserve. If you missed it, the auction went on for one month. Selections included trips, food, clothes, pet apparel and more. Do you want to help out SSP but couldn’t make it? They always except monetary donations all year long. Also, currently there is a calendar sale.
There is a twelve month calendar, featuring animals that have been saved by SSP, both through the Puppy Promises program and those pulled from kill shelters on their last day. They are now much loved family members for some very lucky people. They are available for pre-order at the price of $17.95. Proceeds go towards their programs to continue helping the animals.
