Just a Little More…
I just got an update that the 50 puppies and Momma Bulldog (no, of course ALL the puppies don’t belong to that one mother dog) that Saving Shelter Pets is helping is 935 short. This is not too bad, considering that the goal was $2500. $50 saves one puppy, gives them the vaccines they need and also goes towards spaying and neutering ALL the other adult pets in the house (dogs and cats) so there will be no more accidental litters. The shelters are full with record numbers of owner turn ins in rural Georgia and the metro Atlanta area, that doing this will possibly prevent someone from surrendering yet another cat or dog to the shelter.
Right now, a generous donor offered a donation challenge. Your $5 donation turns into $10, your $25 donation turns into $50. Up to the first $200 will be matched! Look at this beautiful pup with one blue eye and one brown. Surely this one will be a stunner when an adult too and deserves a great home.
