Sale Ends 2/8 (Wednesday!) at Sprint: Add a Life Line
This post brought to you by Sprint. All opinions are 100% mine.
One pet rescue I had known purchased a cell phone, and passed it to whoever was driving a transport van that day or that weekend. It was mostly the same person who would drive the van to pick up dogs and cats from pounds and take them to rescue and the vets, but sometimes the drivers rotated. A message would be left for one, only to find out they didn’t have the dogs that way.
If you are considering that it would be cheaper to do something like that, then to call around town, or have a driver stranded during emergencies, there is a 4 day sale going on right now at Sprint:
- The Nexus S™ 4G is FREE if you use it for an added line on your account, or if you start new service.
- The HTC EVO™ 3D is $49.99 online with a 2 year agreement.

If you have already been considering Sprint, or have the service, now is the time to add a line.
I am a late adopter in the smartphone world, but now that I have one – i love it. When i am on the road, I can’t now live without my GPS maps. The nice thing about using one for rescue transport, is that someone can scan photos of the pets or vet records and have them immediately available on your phone in case you need them in a pinch. You can produce them instantly in an emergency if you need to know allergies and shot records. Sure beats driving to an Office Supply Store for a Fax.
