Low Cost Legal: Parenting Plan Software

Free Pictures | acobox.comOccasionally, I will mention a source of free legal advice or forms, as everyone should have access to knowing what end is up before deciding to hire legal counsel. Also, there are some attorneys that will do pro bono work for non profits or causes they champion. I recently became aware of Parenting Plan software. The software falls under the “do it yourself” legal form category. It generates forms that someone may need to draw up parental agreements for children of divorce.  It is unfortunate that this sort of thing is even needed, but I will say that there are circumstances where two people get married and they are not in the least bit compatible.  Sometimes, love is not enough, and the kids suffer for it.  Sometimes, parents actually divorce for the protection of the children.

Perhaps with the right help, the kids indeed will be more protected.  There is a feature that helps generate a visitation schedule or calendar as well. One of the biggest arguments of divorced or seperated parents could be visitation.  Well meaning parents can easily misinterpret, or get their wires crossed about dates.  More so, it helps feuding parents avoid arguing in front of the children about their misinterpretation, and leaving things “between the adults.”

I hope that you never have to use any service like this, but if you do, there is help out there, to make things as smooth as possible, under the circumstances, for the health of the children.
